What your workspace stores

UnifyAI stores your tasks, supplied customer context, model outputs, human feedback, model settings, evaluation evidence, and audit records. Records are private to your signed-in identity and persist across sessions.

What goes to your model provider

Generating a response sends the task, context and active prompt to the provider you select. Experiments also send reviewed training examples and held-out evaluation examples to that provider. Your provider's own data handling and billing terms apply. Include only customer information you have permission to process.

API keys and sign-in

Your API key is held in the current browser tab and sent over HTTPS for model calls. It is not saved to the workspace database or browser storage. Email authentication is managed by Amazon Cognito in the US. Passwords are sent securely for authentication and are never saved in the workspace database or logs. Sessions expire after one hour. Sign in with ChatGPT is also available as a separate account.

Learning and control

Learning updates prompts and model selection within your workspace. UnifyAI does not train shared model weights or mix feedback across accounts. You review candidates before promotion and can roll back the latest promotion. Export the latest workspace records from Model settings.
